"If you’re considering a major home improvement or large construction project, then odds are good you have heard a few horror stories. I have been in the real estate business for almost 20 years, so I have not just heard the stories, but seen them unfold on a few occasions. So when I decided to take on a large master suite addition on the 2nd floor on my personal house, I was extremely cautious. I did all of my advanced planning and interviewed multiple contractors for what was going to be a complex job. I was referred to Myles by someone I trusted so I was eager to have him review the plans and walk the space. Once I had the opportunity to meet Myles and go over the details, I was immediately comfortable with him. Once the project began, Myles always kept a clear level of communication with me. I always knew when he would be on the job. We would often have brief meetings to discuss concerns that he may have had as the project progressed and we always found quality solutions. If there was something that didn't seem to be working as I planned, he was always ready with an alternative and often times that was the route we would take. He never came to the job without a clear understanding of the day’s goals, he always showed up on time, and had all the needed equipment to do the work properly. That was his job... but in my opinion, Myles always went a little bit further. When he was done with a day’s work, he left my home as if it were his own. He always left the construction site cleaner than he found it. He is a soft spoken man who's hand shake means something, and that in itself meant the world to me when it came to working on my house.
